Where does ASKLA get its answers?

Only from the content you give it: the pages in your sitemap, and any single page or text you add in the back office. When you re-read your sitemap, changed pages update and removed ones leave.

What happens when it can't answer?

It says so instead of guessing, offers a person, and the question shows up under Knowledge gaps for your team.

Which AI does it use, and whose key?

Anthropic's Claude writes and checks the answers. Each site can bring its own Anthropic key, so its spend is its own.

What does a visitor's browser keep?

A random token and the id of their conversation, for up to 180 days. Never what they typed.

What does it cost?
